Last Updated: January 2026
Welcome to Discover to Bloom Collective. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website (discover2bloom.com) and your participation in our coaching services, retreats, and programs. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.
Quick Reference: Key Policies
- Cancellation: 48+ hours notice required for rescheduling
- No-Shows: Session is forfeited with no refund or makeup
- Refunds: Generally no refunds on coaching services (see details below)
- Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older
1. Our Services
Discover to Bloom Collective offers:
- Discovery Map Retreats: 2-day immersive retreat experiences facilitated by Dr. Kim Bland
- Bloom Reimagined Coaching: Ongoing 1:1 coaching services
- Small Group Sessions: Group coaching and workshop experiences
2. Nature of Coaching Services
Important Distinction: Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. Coaches do not diagnose, treat, or provide advice for mental health conditions.
Our coaching services are designed to help you:
- Gain clarity on your goals, values, and purpose
- Identify patterns and obstacles that may be holding you back
- Develop strategies and action plans for positive change
- Build accountability and momentum toward your desired outcomes
As coaches, we ask powerful questions, provide frameworks for reflection, and support you in discovering your own insights and next steps. We do not provide advice, diagnoses, or treatment. You are responsible for your own choices, actions, and results.
If you are experiencing mental health challenges, we encourage you to seek support from a licensed therapist or counselor in addition to (or instead of) coaching services.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By engaging our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4. Scheduling & Appointments
Booking Sessions
Coaching sessions and retreat registrations are confirmed upon receipt of payment. You will receive confirmation and any relevant details via email.

You are responsible for:
- Arriving on time for scheduled sessions (in person or virtual)
- Having a quiet, private space for virtual coaching sessions
- Coming prepared and engaged for each session
- Completing any agreed-upon actions between sessions
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
48-Hour Notice Required: If you need to reschedule a coaching session, please provide at least 48 hours advance notice.
For Coaching Sessions:
- 48+ hours notice: Session may be rescheduled at no charge (within the same billing period when applicable)
- Less than 48 hours notice: Session is forfeited and cannot be rescheduled or refunded
- No-shows: If you do not show up for a scheduled session without prior notice, the session is forfeited with no refund or makeup session provided

- 14-29 days before retreat: 50% refund, OR full credit toward a future retreat
- Less than 14 days before retreat: No refund; credit toward a future retreat may be offered at our discretion

We understand that life happens. If you experience an emergency or extenuating circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you on a case-by-case basis while honoring our policies.
6. Refund Policy
Coaching Services
Due to the personalized nature of coaching and the time committed to each client relationship, coaching fees are generally non-refundable once services have begun.
- Before first session: If you cancel before your first coaching session takes place, you may receive a full refund minus any administrative fees
- After sessions begin: No refunds for completed sessions or unused sessions in a package
- Payment plans: If you are on a payment plan and wish to discontinue services, you remain responsible for payments already due. We may, at our sole discretion, allow you to pause future payments, but no refunds will be issued for payments already made
Retreats
Retreat refunds follow the cancellation schedule outlined in Section 5 above.
